DEVILBISS PRO LITE E MODEL CONVENTIONAL MANUAL AIRCRAFT GUN

Ideal gun for applications on ceramics and enamels. Forged aluminum body. Black QuickcleanTM treatment for the body of the gun and the seals of the specific needles to offer a greater duration.
Complete range of Conventional air headers.
Wide range of stainless steel, hardened and tungsten carbide nozzles and needles for all types of ceramic materials.
Stainless steel fluid passages with larger internal diameter for higher fluid flow rates, up to 3.5 l / m with high viscosity enamel.

The DeVilbiss PRO Lite E gun is an enhanced version of the PRO Lite specially studied for heavy duty applications and jobs in the ceramic and enamels sector.

The combination of highly abrasive materials and high fluid flows presents particularly tough conditions for equipment. The DeVilbiss PRO Lite E gun has been studied for continuous and reliable operation in this sector.

The standard gun body is first externally treated with our specially studied QuickcleanTM product to reduce cleaning times and further increase resistance. The body of the gun thus treated is manufactured and provided with a coating for the fluid passages, so that it only touches the stainless steel, eliminating any possible problem of corrosion or incompatibility of the fluid.

The gun is equipped with a special seal for the needle, resistant to abrasion caused by ceramic materials on the sliding rod of the same.
